At Nocepta Therapeutics, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, provide exchanges, or issue refunds for any products purchased through www.nocepta.com or authorized sales channels.
Exceptions
We may make an exception only in the following limited circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at support@nocepta.com. We may request photographic evidence of the issue. If verified, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Shipping Errors
In the rare event that we ship the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for resolving the error at no additional cost to you.
